Shipping policy
Select Staging Supply LLC provides complimentary standard ground and commercial freight delivery on all qualified domestic trade orders within the contiguous United States.
1. Processing & Transit Times
* Standard Order Processing: 1–3 business days. Orders are reviewed, trade accounts verified, and inventory allocated directly from partner distribution facilities.
* Estimated Transit Times: Standard ground parcels and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight transit times average 5–8 business days from carrier dispatch, depending on destination.
* Project Timelines: Stated transit timelines are estimates. We strongly recommend scheduling staging installations with adequate buffer prior to MLS photography dates or open houses.
2. Delivery Methods & Scope
* Parcel Delivery: Smaller decor, botanicals, lighting, and accents ship via standard parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
* LTL Motor Freight: Bulk furnishings and large case goods ship via commercial freight carriers. Standard trade delivery is strictly curbside, driveway, or commercial receiving dock delivery.
* Delivery Appointments: For LTL freight shipments, the carrier will contact the consignee via phone or email prior to delivery to schedule an appointment window. Consignee presence is required at delivery.
* Exclusions: Standard delivery does not include inside placement, uncrating, packaging removal, or assembly.
3. Consignee Inspection Protocol & Damage Reporting (Mandatory)
Consignees must inspect all pallets, cartons, and packaging before signing paperwork and releasing the carrier driver:
* Visible Damage: If crating or boxes show crushing, tears, or punctures, the consignee must note "Damaged Upon Arrival" on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL) or refuse the affected carton.
* Concealed Damage: Any concealed freight damage or missing items must be documented with photographs and reported to colton@selectstagingsupply.com within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Reports received after 48 hours forfeit carrier insurance claim remedies.
4. Undeliverable Shipments & Redelivery Fees
The consignee is responsible for providing accurate delivery access details. Any carrier redelivery fees, storage fees, or address-correction charges resulting from missed delivery appointments or restricted access will be billed to the trade account.
